Air Arabia adds Moscow to Ras Al Khaimah’s growing flight network

MENA Newswire News Desk: Air Arabia has announced the expansion of its operations from Ras Al Khaimah, launching a new route that will directly connect Ras Al Khaimah International Airport with Moscow Domodedovo International Airport. The new non-stop service is scheduled to commence on December 27, 2024, and will operate three times per week.

This strategic move is part of Air Arabia’s broader efforts to enhance international connectivity from the UAE, further positioning Ras Al Khaimah as a key travel hub. The airline already operates several routes from the emirate, offering direct flights to major cities like Cairo, Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, and Calicut. The addition of the Moscow route underlines Air Arabia’s commitment to supporting Ras Al Khaimah’s aviation sector, further enhancing the emirate’s connectivity to key international markets through scheduled operations.

Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer of Air Arabia, highlighted the importance of this new route: “We are pleased to introduce Moscow as a new non-stop destination from Ras Al Khaimah, further demonstrating our commitment to expanding international connectivity directly from the emirate. This new scheduled service to Moscow aligns with Ras Al Khaimah’s strategic vision for tourism growth while also fostering stronger travel and economic ties between both cities.”
